The sessions take place at the Delson/St-Catherine Sports Complex.

Primavera Academy welcomes players aged 10 to 23. Placement is based on skill level to ensure a cohesive group and optimal coaching.

• Appropriate footwear (indoor/outdoor depending on the session) • Shin guards • Blue clothing. If Member Card: equipment provided (T-shirt & shorts) according to the terms of the program.

Starting with the Golden Shoe package, a 10- to 15-minute meeting is scheduled. We cover: • Player's objective • Job • Priorities for improvement (areas to work on)
