Legal Disclaimer

By registering, purchasing a Membership Card or a Package, booking a session, or participating in any activity offered by Primavera Academy, the player and, where applicable, their parent or legal guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the parties.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Primavera Academy”: the organization offering training services and related activities.

“Player”: any individual participating in sessions, activities, camps, tournaments, or events organized by Primavera Academy.

“Parent/Guardian”: any person who has legal authority over a minor player.

“Membership Card”: a mandatory membership granting access to packages and certain benefits.

“Package”: a prepaid bundle of sessions (e.g., Discovery, Golden Boot, Ballon d’Or, Elite).

“Session”: a training session, workshop, or activity supervised by Primavera Academy.

“Event”: a camp, tournament, showcase, conference, or partner activity.

Registration, eligibility, and level placement

Limited capacity
As spaces are limited, registration is subject to availability, age, and the group’s coaching capacity.

Level placement
Primavera Academy places players into groups based on their level and the training structure in order to ensure safety, quality coaching, and group consistency. Primavera Academy may, at any time, propose a change of group if deemed appropriate.

Payments, Membership Card, and Packages

Currency and payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Purchases are completed according to the payment options available on the website.

Membership Card
The Membership Card is digital and required in order to purchase packages. It may include certain benefits (including provided equipment and privileged access to events), in accordance with the terms outlined on the website.

Pricing and changes
Primavera Academy reserves the right to modify its prices and offers at any time. Purchases already completed remain valid at the prices paid.

Réservations, ponctualité et “no-show”

Bookings
Bookings are made subject to availability and in accordance with the rules outlined on the booking platform.

Punctuality
The player must arrive on time. In the event of a late arrival, the session will not be automatically extended, and any lost time remains the player’s responsibility.

Absence without notice (no-show)
Any absence from a booked session without notice in accordance with the cancellation policy will be considered a used session and will be deducted from the package.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and credits

Cancellation by the player

24 hours or more before the session: the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours: the session is considered used, unless a reasonable exception is approved by Primavera Academy.

Cancellation by Primavera Academy
In the event of a cancellation by Primavera Academy (e.g., field unavailability, conditions, or operational issues), the session will be rescheduled or credited.

Force majeure (events beyond control)

Primavera Academy shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or inability to carry out a session or event when such circumstances result from a force majeure or an event beyond its control, including but not limited to: closure or unavailability of a facility, equipment failure, severe weather conditions, service interruptions, decisions made by a facility manager, security measures, or any situation that renders the activity imprudent or impossible to hold.

In such cases, Primavera Academy may, depending on the circumstances, offer a rescheduling or a credit. No additional compensation shall be owed.

Schedule, location, or coaching changes

Primavera Academy reserves the right, when necessary, to modify the schedule, location, group structure, or coaching staff in order to ensure service continuity and quality. Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for a refund, subject to the cancellation and force majeure policies.

Safety, rules, and conduct

Safety rules
The player agrees to follow the coaches’ instructions and the facility’s rules, including all safety guidelines related to equipment and the conduct of the session.

Conduct
Any behavior that is dangerous, disrespectful, or disruptive to the sessions may result in immediate suspension and/or removal from the program, without refund, if the situation warrants it.

Weather (general conditions)

When activities may be affected by weather conditions, Primavera Academy applies a policy of caution and safety. The final decision regarding the continuation, adjustment, or cancellation of a session rests with Primavera Academy and/or the facility manager. In the event of a cancellation, the session will be rescheduled or credited.

No guaranteed results

Primavera Academy is committed to providing structured and professional coaching; however, no specific results are guaranteed, including but not limited to team selection, measurable progress, tryouts, scholarships, recruitment, or athletic opportunities. Player development depends on multiple factors, including attendance, effort, and the player’s physical condition.

Minors and parental consent

For any minor player, the parent or legal guardian:

authorizes the player’s participation in the activities;
confirms that the player is fit to engage in physical sports activities;
accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the player.

Photos and videos (media)

Primavera Academy may capture images (photos/videos) during sessions and events for promotional purposes (website, social media).
Any refusal must be communicated in writing prior to the session or event.

Health, injuries, and liability

The player participates in activities at their own risk. Sports involve inherent risks (impacts, sprains, injuries). Primavera Academy cannot be held liable for any injury, except in cases of proven negligence. Sports/accident insurance is recommended.

Personal objects

Primavera Academy is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged at the training facilities.

Personal data (privacy – short version)

The information collected (e.g., name, age, contact details) is used solely for the management of registrations, communications, and services provided by Primavera Academy. Primavera Academy does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Certain data may be processed through payment and booking platforms used to operate the service.

Refund policy

Membership Card: non-refundable, except in the event of a billing error.
Packages: non-refundable after purchase.
Credits or rescheduling may be granted in accordance with the cancellation policy and, where applicable, in cases of force majeure.

Changes to the terms and conditions

Primavera Academy may update these Terms and Conditions. The version displayed on the website is the one applicable at the time of purchase, booking, or participation.
